We started the year off with our Down Under Ball. Red white, blue, green & gold everywhere and mini pie floaters for supper were delicious. Thank you to all who dressed the theme and Eddie & Rosalie for organising the supper (See photo below, more photos on our website)
On 4 February Anne & Les travelled to help Whyalla Twirlers celebrate their first birthday. We were asked to present their shield on behalf of the Society which we did proudly along with lots of encouragement. It was also great to catch up with Shirley, David and a few dancers who we knew from the previous club. It was also good to chat with the new dancers. We were very pleased to be invited to do a short teach session on round dancing (two step) as well.
Welcome to Maarty who is dancing regularly now after moving from Whyalla.
