Just a reminder that in November we are holding our AGM (please refer again the advertisement). So please consider helping out and go on the committee. This year we need a Vice President, Treasurer and 2 committee members. It was great to see Harvey Wood back dancing again after his unintended extended stay overseas. It has been interesting to hear of his experiences.
In September we had our annual charity night. This year it is an animal charity with all proceeds going the Koala & Wildlife Hospital. Dancers all received a Caramello Koala and we also welcomed Stephen & Maryka Janes. Thank you for your support and donations we managed to raise $250
At the time of writing we have completed 3 nights of our plus class. The numbers remain steady at 10 couples with some away, so a terrific result. The risk in running the class at Port Noarlunga given the hall hire has paid off and thank you to everyone for your support. But remember we need your continued support both Mainstream & Plus.
